It is an alcoholic beverage produced by fermenting grapes. Although wine can be produced by fermenting other fruits, grapes are most popular. Grape wine is one of the oldest types of wines, as pottery vessels with traces dating back to the Neolithic period were found in (5400 B.C. – 5000 B.C.) and traces of Pharaohs were found in it, to paintings on the walls of how it was made. Sometimes wine spoils, or its quality may be greatly reduced due to manufacturing errors, poor storage conditions, or the use of ores that contain corrosive agents.
There are many types of wine including white wine, red wine, and pink wine. Soft wines are made from white or pink wines, and some high quality soft wines are recently made from Australian red wines
